Responsibilities
* To analyze and improve work-flow, lay out, working methods, and ergonomic aspects.
* Develops cost effectiveness for overall manufacturing activities, determine optimum resources required for manufacturing activities.
* Establish and develops technical data collection and monitoring system Collate and analyze data with respect to factory efficiency, perform special projects and feasibility study where and whenever necessary, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance to environment, safety and health policy and supervise all the implementation of authorized personal policies, rules, regulations and safety & health standards
Requirements
* Fresh graduates with Engineering (Industrial; Mechanical & Chemical) bachelor degree are welcome to apply.
* Those with 1 to 2 years of industrial working experience will also be considered favorably.
* The successful candidates will possess good personality and honesty, dynamic, able to influence others, good leadership, and ability to perform under pressure

Project Engineer
The Project Engineer position provides full service management for the successful execution of small capital projects. This position is ultimately responsible for the project outcomes in the area of safety, cost, schedule and demonstration of project premises.
This position is responsible for definition, estimation and execution of small capital projects at a number of Seeds Supply sites that are assigned. Process definition support is provided if and as needed when there are process design considerations beyond the skill of the Project Engineer. For larger projects a cost and schedule engineer will be assigned. Electrical Engineering support is available as needed. The Seeds Design group will execute facilities and equipment layouts and flow diagrams as required. Detailed mechanical/civil/structural design will be provided by either a contractor (in the case of design-build strategies) or by the Design group (if done in-house). Other specialties such as civil/structural engineering and HVAC engineering are available for consulting as required. Construction supervision normally will cover multiple sites.
General Eligibility:
* Graduate/post graduate in engineering from reputable university
* Experience in same position min 3 years in Manufacturing
* Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative, and foresight skill
* Good proficiency in spoken and written English
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
